Help with AoA
Email support@aoa.fit and a real person will answer. Bugs and ideas are welcome too.
Contact
- Email: support@aoa.fit. Send it from the address on your account if it's about your account, so we know it's you.
- In the app: Settings → Send Feedback. It reaches the same inbox and tells us which page you were on.
Can't sign in
- On the sign-in page, tap Forgot your password? and we'll email you a reset link. It only works if your account has an email address.
- If you signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook, sign in with that same button.
- Still stuck? Email support@aoa.fit with your username.
AoA Pro and billing
- Cancel or change your plan: Settings → AoA Pro → Manage or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds: see Terms. To ask for one, email support@aoa.fit.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Manage it in your phone's subscription settings.
Your data
- Get a copy: Settings → Download my data gives you every workout and set as a spreadsheet, plus everything else AoA keeps about you.
