Delete your AoA account
You can delete your AoA account and all of its data yourself, at any time, in the app. If you can't sign in, we'll do it for you by email.
In the app
- Sign in at app.aoa.fit (or open the AoA app).
- Go to Settings and scroll to Delete My Account.
- Tap Delete my account…, type your username and confirm.
Want a copy first? Settings → Download my data before you delete.
By email
Can't sign in? Email support@aoa.fit from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account, usually within a few days.
What's deleted
- Deleted right away: your account, workouts, sets, history, records, gyms and equipment, settings, coach conversations and linked Google, Apple or Facebook sign-ins.
- AoA Pro: a subscription bought on the website is cancelled automatically, and you won't be charged again. One bought in the App Store or Google Play has to be cancelled there.
- Kept for a short time: database backups, kept only to recover from problems, can still hold your data for up to 30 days until they're removed.
- Kept by law: payment records Stripe must keep stay with Stripe.
Deleting can't be undone. More detail in the privacy policy.
