Your data, in plain language
AoA is made by Bingo Fuel, LLC. This covers the AoA app at app.aoa.fit and this website. Effective October 18, 2026.
The short version
- We keep what's needed to build your workouts and run your account. Nothing more.
- We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or track you on other sites.
- Card details go to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time.
What we store
- Your account: username, a scrambled (hashed) password, and your email if you add one. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, that account's ID and email, so we know it's you.
- What builds your workouts: your goal and training preferences, height, weight, age, sex (optional), injuries or limitations you choose, your gyms' equipment, and the workouts and sets you log or import. If you use military fitness test prep, your branch, test events, scores and test date.
- Purchases: which plan you have, when it renews or ends, and a Stripe customer ID that links your account to your payments.
- Visit records: which page was opened, when, how long it took, the kind of device (phone or computer) and, if you're signed in, your account. IP addresses aren't stored. These records are deleted after 90 days.
This website (aoa.fit) doesn't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. The app uses cookies only to keep you signed in (plus a short-lived one while you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook).
How it's used
To build and track your workouts, sign you in, run AoA Pro, answer your support emails, and keep the app working well. That's all.
Who else sees it
A few services help run AoA. Each one gets only what it needs for its job:
- Stripe processes payments. It receives your card and billing details directly when you buy AoA Pro. Stripe's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat may receive your purchase records (plan and dates, not card details) to keep your subscription in step across the web and app stores.
- Anthropic receives what an AI request needs (today's workout, recent training, limitations and the message you type) when you use the AI coach or AI workout builder. Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models by default. If you never use AI features, nothing is sent.
- Email delivery (Resend for app emails, Microsoft 365 for support mail) sees the address and the message for password resets, invites, confirmations and support replies.
- Cloudflare carries traffic to the app and this website and protects them from abuse.
- Google, Apple or Facebook, only if you choose to sign in with them.
Other AoA users can't see your data. If you join a group or a leaderboard, others there see only what you choose to share (such as your nickname and workout totals). We'll share data with authorities only if the law requires it.
Where it's kept
On a server run by Bingo Fuel, LLC in the United States. Only the people who run AoA can reach it, and only to keep it working or answer your request.
Your choices
- See, change or remove your information in the app's Settings at any time.
- Turn AI features off, or never turn them on.
- Cancel AoA Pro from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops renewal; your account stays.
- Download a copy of your data from Settings → Download my data: every workout and set as a spreadsheet, plus everything else we keep about you.
- Ask us anything else about your data at support@aoa.fit.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete My Account, type your username and confirm. Your account and everything in it (workouts, history, records, gyms, settings, linked sign-ins) is deleted right away, and it can't be undone. Database backups, kept only to recover from problems, can still hold it for up to 30 days, until they're removed. Payment records that Stripe must keep by law stay with Stripe.
Can't sign in? Email support@aoa.fit from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Children
AoA isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has an account, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
